Day 119

As you walk through a door today, pick one at random, take a moment see what's around you and make a photo.

Here's the entrance to a little shopping area, parking garage and the Hyatt Mainz.

Day 118

Ansel Adams said "A good photograph is knowing where to stand." Use your feet today to zoom or get a unique perspective.

I stood on a fountain in the marketplace to get this shot (Yes, really! I climbed up there - I'm starting to be a little less fearful of standing out...)

You haven't been to Danville, Indiana if you haven't been to the Mayberry Cafe.

Breaking news: this just in... Both Double Exposure photographers are too busy taking care of ailing parents to deal with our blog right now...

The purple of this tree is much more vibrant in person, but my photo mojo is off right now.

Pretend words don’t exist, only images. Make a photo today that conveys a story to those who see your work.

This happened on the 24th.  I am so far behind due to unforeseen circumstances, so I am so glad to put this in.  It is My Love coming home to the joy of all of us.  Belle the most I think.  She has not let him out of her sight for a minute since.

Day 99

Make a photo without composing by looking through the viewfinder: over your head, from the hip, on the ground, etc.

It was almost imposible not to get this shot without looking:

Day 98

Put down your big, fancy camera today. Fully engage your artistic side by making a photo with minimal gear.

I use my iPhone for 99% of my Double Exposure pictures. But I did have my D90X on my arm when I took this with my iPhone:

Day 95

Blue is the color of sky and water. Many call it the color of hope. Make a photo with blue and what it represents to you.

To me, blue is Aviation Blue.  Here's a cheer for our  two favorite aviators, who were members of the Blue Hat Class 97-03.

I could not agree more with the above comment.  I am so grateful for that class, and that we took a chance and went to dinner that night, it has only made our lives better knowing both of you.

Now to the photo - Like our men, this blue snugglie of James' means comfort and security.

Day 94

Sunday challenge: Create a photograph that makes you feel happy looking at it. Don't stop at good. Go for full on happy.

It's warming up.  Springtime makes me happy!
